FitForge is a training log and planning tool. It is not a medical device and it does not provide medical, physiotherapy or nutritional advice. Readiness labels and Coach answers are estimates based on what you logged. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a programme, and stop training and seek help if something hurts.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Enter accurate information — a log full of guesses produces useless numbers.
Community rules
There is no public feed. Even so, the following will get an account removed:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech or targeting anyone in a training circle.
- Sexual content, or any content involving minors.
- Impersonating another athlete or coach.
- Sharing someone else's data, or spamming share codes.
- Promoting banned substances, or advice that is plainly dangerous.
Every athlete can report or block anyone in their circle. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and can result in content removal or account termination. Blocking takes effect immediately.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. In the iOS app, subscriptions are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system and billed to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or scrape the service, and do not use it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other athletes at risk.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the estimates it produces are accurate. To the maximum extent the law allows, FitForge is not liable for injury, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account. We may terminate an account that breaks these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
